Lake Coeur D'Alene 22 Mile Training Run

Today, I ran 22 miles despite picking up my marathon training only 3 weeks ago. This run boosted my confidence that a marathon in 70 days is definitely possible.

Last weekends mile repeats of 12*1mile at 6:40min/mile pace proved that I have the speed to run a marathon time of 3:05.

Training is going good and there is no time for backing down.
